Eagles Connection Alliance
Shutter Services, Charter, and Excursions have a new Alliance. Eagles Connection and Star & Strips have formed a Shuttle Service alliance. Stars & Strips will now cover the local transportation needs in Cheney, Medical Lake, Spangle, and Spokane. The service to the airport is 24/7, with friendly, dependable service with more available vehicles and drivers. Why pay more for taxis that are undependable. Eagles Connection will assist in larger transportation needs "buses" for Events, Charters, and Excursions. New Mission For Eagles Connection
Starting the first of January 2006, Eagles Connection will no longer provide local shuttle service. The continuing, raising cost of gas, insurance and support maintainence has run it's toll. The State of Washington is so small business unfreindly, while collecting taxes and service fees it still allows those who don't follow WAC's or WUTC rules to operate without penality and goug those who do. Our new focus will be travel information and products. We will from time to time provide charter and excursions. Watch this blog and our new website under construction for more details. Thanksgiving Vacation Trip to Seattle
Eastern Students, had there first EXPRESS Bus to Seattle on November 23, 2005 and returned November 27, 2005. It was a full bus 17 or 18 seats where sold. The bus left the PUB Bus Stop at 3pm. The weather was good and the roads where dry, with the exception of the rock slide in the mountain pass. The radio predicted 8 to 16 hour wait to clear the slide zone. Eagle Connection passed the area without any delays both coming and going. Everyone liked the service and said they would do take it again. The only drawn back was Eagles Connection was unable to get the nice coach bus because this was a new service not everyone was aware of the great deal and service.
Spokane International Airport, Amtrak and Greyhound Depot. Eagles Connection provides door to door shuttle service for Eastern Washington University, City of Cheney, City of Medical Lake, City of Airway Heights and the Town of Spangle and other communities on request. Reservations are taken 24 hours in advance. We will pick you normally 2 hours before your departure and deliver you to the terminal. On round trip reservations we will be pick up when your plane, train or bus arrives. The Department of Agriculture has requested that Eagles Connection provide a transportation shuttle service at Eastern Washington University November 3, 2005. The shuttle service will run as continuous loop connecting Eastern Washington University parking lots to Showalter Hall Eastern's Administration building for the Farmers Forum. Farming interest from all over the northwest is expected to participate in this day long forum. The shuttle service will run from 11:00am to 1:30pm and from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. The shuttle service is free for this program. More details will be released as we get closer to November 3rd.
